By combining the best educational methods with a 24-hour supportive environment, Thrive seeks to provide students with a place to learn where nothing can get in the way.Position Information Job Title: Driver Type: Part Time (as needed) Salary: Per route rates Responsibilities· Check available routes board and submit to drive routes as schedule permits · Follow all school check in/out procedures for driving school owned and leased automobiles · Drives students safely while obeying all traffic laws and Thrive Academy policies and prcedures · Monitor and track student behavior while driving and report behavioral infractions as trained · Mentor, and when needed, discipline students to help support their growth mentally, academically, and socially· Maintain an excellent and safe driving record · Other duties as assigned Qualifications· Valid Louisiana Driver's License · Knowledge or background in working with children and youth is a plus · Ability to work evenings and weekends intermittently/flexibly · Excellent driving record · 21 years or older for insurance purposes Accountability: This position is accountable to the Director of Operations " />
