Position Information Responsibilities Watch cameras to ensure no students are out of place and/or violating school policies
Make rounds on school campus to ensure safety and security of students and staff
Make rounds of school dormitories to conduct student counts
Communicate with residential team on any issues or concerns
Create reports on any security related issues
Builds a positive relationship with students and staff
Be a positive role model for students
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent· Knowledge or background in working with at-risk children and youth· Strong communication skills· Enthusiasm and patience for working with middle and high school age students· Willingness to work hard and with fidelity· Organized· Attention to rules and details Accountability: This position is accountable to the Director of Residential Life
